Beauty Gossip LLC Policies

At our Beauty Gossip LLC, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Beauty Gossip LLC experience.

New Clients

Upon making their first appointment, all new clients must place a $20 deposit in case of no-show. In the event the new client does not show up to their appointment with no notification, Beaty Gossip LLC is entitled to keep the deposit. If the client does show up for the appointment the $20 deposit will be put toward the appointment cost.

In addition, new clients will receive a call the day before their appointment to check in and make sure they are still able to make their appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

In the event that a client needs to cancel or re-schedule their appointment, we kindly request they provide us with 24 hours' notice. There is no guarantee we will be able to accommodate the change in appointment, therefore, we recommend clients make any necessary changes to their appointments as soon as possible.

Late Policy

We at Beauty Gossip LLC will hold a client's appointment for 15 minutes after its scheduled time. Once 15 minutes have passed a late client's appointment is subject to cancellation or rescheduling at the discretion of the salon.

No-Show Policy

Clients who consistently do not show up to scheduled appointments without notice are subject to no longer being served as a client by Beauty Gossip LLC at the discretion of the salon.
